We like to think that we’re giving our guests a great excuse to “have to go to Italy” for our wedding. Lake Maggiore was recommended by Michele’s parents as a place they would visit pre-Michele. We wanted to show you what Michele’s previous home of Northern Italy has to offer.

We hope for guests to arrive Tuesday or early Wednesday so that you can join us for the welcome party Wednesday afternoon and then wedding on Thursday. We anticipate that most guests will leave for their next destination either late Friday or Saturday. The bride and groom will be there from Tuesday to Saturday.

We know it's going to be hot and we want you to be comfortable. Our wedding will have a semi-formal/casual dress code. We recommend for women to wear light summer dresses and for men to leave their tuxes at home--linen pants and even short-sleeved polos are fine with us!

Of course! We would love to your little ones come and understand how important it is to have them with you. We planned to have this wedding during the summer break so that it would be easier to bring the kiddos.

Italy is hot and humid during July. For the last couple of years, Lake Maggiore has gotten hot as low 80 degrees F with high humidity. Pack and dress accordingly!
